Registration & Dues

Registration is now open for 2025!

We know you want to start playing but we have a few quick things to go over first.

​To ensure a respectful playing environment for all, Rugby Alberta has adopted the Respect in Sport program for parents of players. Once you have completed the program you will be asked to complete your registration by entering your personal "Respect in Sport Certification Number" on the member registration page.

​We also ask that all members review and acknowledge acceptance of the Club Code of Conduct.

You will be asked in the registration system to indicate that you have reviewed and accepted the code of conduct. Please make a copy of the document, input your name and save for your records.

​Registration

We offer a variety of options from 72 hour, 2 week, and full season registrations, as well as student rates and installment payments are possible during checkout.

Coaches & Managers

​For coaches and managers, we also request a Police Information Check be completed (Checks completed within the last 2 years are acceptable). Please contact our VP Admin for a letter from the club requesting the check.

Dues Breakdown

Registration costs include mandatory fees levied by Rugby Canada, Rugby Alberta, the Calgary Rugby Union, and other associated fees. We also include club dues within registration costs. If you have any questions about fee breakdowns, please contact vpadm.saracens@gmail.com.
